Ozgur S. Oguz
Özgür S. Öğüz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Bilkent University and leads the Learning for Intelligent Robotic Agents (LiRA) Lab. His research focuses on enhancing autonomous agents with advanced learning, reasoning, and planning capabilities, particularly in robotics and decision-making domains. Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Learning and Intelligence Systems Lab (University of Stuttgart & Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, IntCDC). He received his Ph.D. from TU Munich and completed his undergraduate studies at UBC and Koç University.

Ece Kunduracioglu
Ece Kunduracıoğlu graduated as valedictorian from the Department of Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University and completed her master’s degree in Computer Engineering at Bilkent University in the LiRA Lab. Her research focuses on tool use in robotic agents, with an emphasis on tool manipulation through hybrid approaches that integrate learning and motion optimization. Her broader interests include perception and deep reinforcement learning.
Huzaifa Salahuddin
Huzaifa, originally from Lahore, Pakistan, graduated from the College of Aeronautical Engineering at NUST with a degree in Avionics Engineering. Within robotics domain, he is deeply passionate about conducting research to apply machine learning techniques to enhance the integration between vision and language models. His goal by doing so, is to improve human-robot interaction for better cooperation in accomplishing various tasks.

M. Hikmet Simsir
Cankut Bora Tuncer
Bora, originally from Ankara, Turkey, holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University. Driven by his passion for Intelligent Robotics, he pursued a master's degree in the Computer Science department. His research interests include manipulation planning, intuitive physics, and solving physical puzzles.
Mert K. Er
Mert is from Istanbul, Turkey, and lives in Ankara. He graduated from the Mathematics Department at Bilkent University and is doing his Master’s in Computer Engineering at Bilkent University. His research interest is designing embodied agents to cooperate with humans in various scenarios and tasks using deep learning techniques.
M. Hedi Elfikr
Hedi, originally from Tunis, Tunisia, holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Hacettepe University. He was previously supervised by Professors Aykut Erdem and Erkut Erdem, where he worked on omnidirectional imaging. His current research interests lie in 3D computer vision and robotics.
